I would highly recommend Infinity Sewer and Drain! Had some problems with clogged pipes. I called, they came out next day early in the morning. Very polite and profession over the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable! Jeff came out, gave an estimated time of 3 hours of work. It was completed in 2! Will definitely call them again in needed. I will recommend to anyone I know. Thank you!

As a new homeowner in the area, I had no idea where to go for help when I ran out of hot water on a recent snowy night. An online search led me to Infinity, and I’m so glad! The dispatcher was friendly and efficient. Despite the terrible weather, two technicians, Mike and Jeff, arrived in less than an hour. They were professional, courteous and really pleasant, as if there was nothing they’d rather be doing. They even shoveled my driveway so I didn’t have to go out in the cold. Mike and Jeff did a great job (shoveling and also installing my new water heater). Excellent service, quality work, fair price. Highly recommend!

Infinity will be my go-to plumber going forward. I’ve had 3 plumbers come out to my building this year and none were able to properly fix my issue. They came out same day and solved my flooding problem. I called Infinity after seeing that their equipment looked new. I asked to see the equipment they would be using and not only did he show me, he explained the purpose of each head he’d be using to address my clog in the main line. The price was reasonable and in line with other quotes I received. But the professionalism, attentiveness and honesty was unmatched. The gentlemen were polite and exceeded my expectations. For the first time in years, my plumbing trap is completely dry. They removed grease, found my main line through sewage and allowed me to pay while I was away from home. I will call them whenever I have a plumbing problem going forward. Hopefully that won’t be anytime soon…

They replaced our battery backups for our sump pumps and have also replaced our ejector pit pump when it failed! Super fast response time and were able to help same day! Great price and very professional! Will definitely be calling again! Thank you!

I had a plumbing problem that required a section of my main sewer line to be dug up and replaced. The plumbers showed up promptly and gave me a free estimate. They gave me a price for the work they were going to do but I decided to get some more estimates and told them if I didn’t find a better price I was going to contact them again. The owner Jeff was very professional and understanding. After getting a few more estimates I realized they were saving me a lot more money than other plumbing companies. They did a wonderful job and at more than a fair price. The guys are very knowledgeable and polite also after they finished the job they cleaned up pretty well. I would highly recommend Infinity Sewer and Drain Plumbing Company. Two thumbs up!!!!

Great service! Highly recommend! I called Infinity sewer and drain at 2 am Monday morning because we had woke up to water in our basement. They arrived within an hour and drained the water out of the basement in less than an hour. They were very friendly and professional.

Very happy with my two experiences. They came quickly and took care of the blockages. I will gladly call them the next time which will unfortunately probably be sooner rather than later since all my problems began after the city fixed the sewer in the street.

Jeff and his colleague were incredibly kind and helped explain what was wrong with our basement in an emergency situation. Before they did any work, they told us about our options, the cost, and the result of each. We chose hydrojetting which we are now convinced is the best option. They got our drains drained and then did a camera inspection along with a thorough long-needed cleaning of our main drains. will definitely recommend it. Thanks, Infinity!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My business had pipes burst and Jeff responded immediately and was at my building within an hour of calling him at 6:30 on a Tuesday morning. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Jeff’s we had more issues with pipes bursting and he responded again and was able to put a plan in place to make sure we would not have ongoing issues. He worked patiently and politely with my not-so-easy-going landlord. Jeff is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work. I will recommend this company to anyone seeking a plumber.
